Projects require a 50% deposit to commence, with balance due on delivery. Enterprise engagements are milestone-billed as agreed in writing.
4. Refund policy
Deposits cover discovery, planning and initial delivery and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are non-refundable once accepted.
5. Liability
MEMRA provides services with reasonable skill and care but is not liable for indirect or consequential loss beyond fees paid for the specific service.
6. Service agreements
Each engagement is governed by a written scope. In case of conflict, the signed scope prevails over general website terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
